502 Bad Gateway error when trying to upgrade.

Hi all,

I have just tried twice to upgrade my free account to Premium, I however have been met both times with the error code '502 Bad Gateway error', I am using a VISA debit card.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Hi. If you haven't done so, could you try private/incognito mode and maybe a different browser?

Having same problem with two different accounts, when trying to use another OS I can´t log in cause it wont accept @ as a letter when signing in.

Acc no 1: Want to change card cause a got a new one..

Acc no 2: Want to upgrade frpm free to premium.

Any suggestions??

@iF the @ is in your password, does changing it enable you to access the upgrade page?
