Accidentally clicked 'Disable Platform' on Facebook, now account is reset

Hello,

Yesterday I was browsing the settings in my Facebook and accidentally disabled 'Platform'.. I immediately re-enabled 'Platform', but my Spotify account has been reset. I've lost all of my playlists and favorites, also my subscription has been reset! I was still paying for my Spotify Unlimited subscription, but now it has been reset to Spotify Free.

Can this be fixed?!
Also is it possible to restore my playlists? The restore playlist option states that there are no deleted playlists to restore.

I really hope this can be fixed.
