Is there any way to get in contact with Spotify in reality? I've perused the forums and FAQs and written to the contact form. The response from the Spotify Support Team was

"If you have a question about Spotify, your first stop should be the Spotify Community http://community.spotify.com/ for support from other users. This is also a great place to read up on any company updates that might affect your service as well as posting your own ideas and feedback.

In other words, do what you've already done, even though that doesn't work at all. I was mostly just upset that my account was deleted and then turned into a new account when I tried to deactivate Facebook, but now I am even more upset that I have A) been billed for a nonexistent account and B) not gotten any response beyond a form letter that says that I will not get help (this was from 8 days ago).

Does anybody know how I can at least make sure to get a refund and stop further charges on my credit card?

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

You've submitted an online contact form so that's fine.

 

You need to reply to the automated email in order for it to get sent to the staff.

If you do that and it's been more than 24h or so, reply here with your case number and I'll escalate it to the staff.

How would anyone know to reply to an email from "no-reply@spotify.com"?

And I've lost count of the number of times I've asked myself that, it drives me mad tbh haha and I can't remember the reason why it is how it is, whatever it was I don't like it 😛
