I have read this post and followed the instructions but my account remains disabled and no response from the payments team two days later.

Hey there @unhappycustomer, welcome to the community!

 

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you are having with Spotify. What's your case number, so I can esclate your case? Usually, when accounts are disabled it takes a little longer for Spotify to respond back as they have to launch an investigation on the account.
