I need help, someone has hijacked my account and changed the email and password associated to my account.
This means i cant change it back and they have now have access to my whole account along with my standing subscription and I am locked out.
I can however sign in through facebook but I cant change my account details since they changed the spotify password required to do so.
I have filed a contact form where i wrote my real email but i havnt gotten any response yet...

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
