Account hacked/Hijacked [changed password and Email]

I need help, someone has hijacked my account and changed the email and password associated to my account.

This means i cant change it back and they have now have access to my whole account along with my standing subscription and I am locked out.

I can however sign in through facebook but I cant change my account details since they changed the spotify password required to do so.
I have filed a contact form where i wrote my real email but i havnt gotten any response yet...

Im not sure, where would if find it?
Since its not my mail when writing the contact form i wont be getting the automated response.

Ah, please open a case using this form instead using your own email address:

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

I got contact with the support team and they helped me reset the password and email after investigating!
