Cant change mailadress, please help.

Please help. I got a new phone and downloaded the Spotify app and it is telling me that that email address is already linked to an account or something to that effect. I just want to listen to my music and.his problem is ridiculous.
I am just trying to sign in and it won't let me I am not computer savvy whatsoever but I did link it to my Facebook account that's still shouldn't stop me from being able to listen to my music though. What should I do? Or what can you do?
