Been a member for a few months and now it says im not a premium subscriber

Hi,

I've been a premium member of spotify for a few months now but when I log in now it says that I only have the free version and is playing adds between songs.

Can you please assist?

Just to make sure, are you sure you logging into the right account? If you created your account with a Spotify username and passport, make sure you login with your username and password only (not your email), also does it show your receipts here?

I only have one account so I cant figure out why its now playing adds and asking me to upgrade.

Ive already logged in anad back out , do you have a number for tech support?

I had to change my payment to a different card, can you ensure that the mastercard is no longer charged?

Hi,

The system will only charge the active card - in this case your Visa.  We no longer have the Mastercard details on your account.
