I've been a premium member of spotify for a few months now but when I log in now it says that I only have the free version and is playing adds between songs.
Can you please assist?

Just to make sure, are you sure you logging into the right account? If you created your account with a Spotify username and passport, make sure you login with your username and password only (not your email), also does it show your receipts here?

The system will only charge the active card - in this case your Visa. We no longer have the Mastercard details on your account.
