Being billed in GBP instead of USD when moved to America

Being billed in GBP instead of USD when moved to America

Hello,

 

I recently moved to America and updated my Sportify payment method and location as explained in the FAQs.  However I am being told I will still be billed in GBP as opposed to USD.  Why is this?  I have entered a US payment and therefore do not want to incur the fees associated with paying in a foreign currency.

Hi Rob,

 

The £9.99 subscription was still active.  I have stopped that renewal and you should now be able to resubscribe to the $9.99 subscription.  If that fails, please enter your current zipcode and then try again.
