Boku not working

Hi,

 

So I usually pay for my spotify subscription using the BOKU pay for it thing, except this time I try, it displays the error message 'you've reached the limit on active subscriptions per mobile number for Spotify.'

 

I am not sure why it is doing this, as it has worked perfectly for the past couple of times. I hope somebody can help...

Im getting the exact same thing

ok i have tried things and i now have the solution. even if you haven't payed for the product, the boku text message you recieved with the verification code still counts as an 'active subscription'. to solve this problem, you need to text 'STOP' to the same number that you recieved your verification code on.

 

After that, everything should work like normal.
