Broken Email Account

Hi,

 

It seems that my email is somehow broken with Spotify. Let me show you what I mean.

 

 

I first try to make an account with Spotify using my email:

 

 

...and it says that my email is being used with another account.

 

 

So then I try to have the password mailed to me by reseting it:

 

 

...and it says that it doesn't exist.

 

 

Then I try and log into the Mac Desktop Spotify App:

 

 

...and it let's me log in offline but with an error code and a random account username.

 

 

So in conclusion, I can't log in, I can't reset my password, and my email doesn't exsist on the online player. What should I do? Thanks!

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this. Normally when I have seen this in the past it has been because the registration process didn't go through correctly the first time, so your account only half exists in the system. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
