Can't Get Student (Error Page)

First, I am in the US. I am trying to get Spotify Premium with the student discount. When I enter my payment details at first it kept redirecting me to the validation page, even though it said I was validated. Now, whenever I try to get it, I receive the "Oh No! Something went wrong!" page. I tried creating a new account and putting the discount on that account, but then it said my credentials had already been used for the student discount (from my prior attempts). Neither of my accounts has Premium and now I get an error every time I try. I have tried different browser as well as deleting cookies/cache.

Hi there! I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Page @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.

Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email. This will assign your case to a Spotify rep and you should hear back within 24 hours.

I wrote to spotify support with this problem.  They responded with two suggestions for fixing it.  Neither worked.  Then they stopped responding altogether.  Disappointed.
