Can't buy Spotify Premium?

I'm a student, and it's forcing me to try to 30 day free trial. That's not a big deal for me, though, but it isn't letting me past any part of the process. Instead, it insists that the account that I'm already logged into has the wrong password.

1) Upgrade account

2) Free trial page

3) Select payment option as visa/mc

4) Wrong password?

almost 1 month.. what could be the reason? my card got problem or your side got problem?

Spotify won't let me upgrade in app. I want to use iTunes money I bought to do this. The subscription says free and won't let me change it

Go to your music on iPhone (regular music not Spotify) and click on the upper left corner on the button of a silhouette of the face of a man and then from there click on view Apple id and type in your password and then after that it takes you to a menu and click on manage (it's under subscriptions) and it should say "Spotify music; Spotify premium; expired" click on expired and then click subscribe and after that go on to Spotify and sign out and sign in and reload the app and it should be premium.
