Can't link my original spotify account to my facebook

Hi 

I have had my spotify account for years (well before you could link it to facebook) and now I am having problems linking it with my facebook acount as I seem to have accidentally created a second account with my facebook log in details. How do I delete my newer spotify account so I can sync my old one with it?

Also both accounts seem to have the same email address linked to them so this means I can't update my information on my old spotify account.

@danielprnorton - Did you get this sorted out?

@ranashoukry77 - Could you post the link to the "old" account you can see so I can check what type of account it is and point you in the right direction?
