Hi clairebear- I've just done a bit of digging and it seems you've got two accounts on our system.
One is your original account while the other is linked to your Facebook. Not to worry, I've removed that new Facebook account for you.
Now just go to your Preferences page (be sure to sign in with your Spotify username and not your email). From there you can connect to your Facebook profile.

i have 2 accounts but my premuim didnt have my playlist my facebook login had all my starred , fav etc and when i linked to my preium they where removed or not showing how can i gethem back thx in advance

yes i placed a support contact form but no repsonse i was showing how to intergrate facebook didnt know it would clean my plays apps etc starred songs out please help to get back my spotify goodness lol reference number 399049 on the ticket

i have the same problem, set up a new laptop...loged in useing my fb creditials and there was no play lists... i am unable to find the spotify account with all my playlists.. please advice... thanks

I made a Premium account : klijnmm - but now I want to merge it with my Facebook (email@example.com), but by clicking on 'settings' - 'connect with facebook' , the pictures of my friends are not visible, and their names are some strange numbercodes. Also at the right of the screen it continues loading, never stops..

kowlaga - you've got a duplicate account, so please just sign in with your original Spotify details. (Detailed instructions here)
klijnmm - that's strange. Perhaps try disconnecting and reconnecting again?

hey there, i was wondering if you could help me, i have premium account and app on samsung galaxy note 2, the app has been working fine for a few weeks but today it stopped working asked me to log in so did so but then asked me to go through facebook where it then said details were incorrect which werent, then it took me back to the page to reset passwords and just kept repeating process. now it says temporary error when merging accounts. help please.
