The information I've read on this is a bit conflicting...
I have a friend in England who already has a free Spotify account. I would like to buy for them a 12 month Spotify Premium gift card, but they will be spending a large amount of time in Poland, so I would like to verify whether you can use Spotify Premium in Poland?
The text on the gift card page states that only users in certain countries (Poland not being one of them) can redeem a Premium code. The information on the forum below states that users in Poland can use Spotify under the Premium service.

Any help would be much appreciated
Thanks

The short answer is yes, they should be able to use Spotify Premium just fine in Poland.
Now here's the long(ish) answer. If your friends account is set up in Europe and not Poland, he should be able to redeem a Premium code. If his account is set up in Poland, he may not be able to redeem the code. I'm not sure of the reason, but gifting is not available in every country that Spotify offers service in. If his account is actually set up in Europe, Spotify will work just fine while he is in Poland. There is a page (here) that explains which levels of service allow travelling, and for how long. Spotify Premium does not have a restriction on length of travel.
I hope this is the information you were looking for!

Thanks that's very helpful. My friend's account was actually setup in the UK, which is also where the gift voucher will be redeemed.
