Changing Country Settings

Hello Spotify Support, 

Can you change my country settings to germany because I live in Germany  (and will stay here for now). I can not change the settings myself.

What error do you get when you try and change them?

I can not hit the country select dropdown. It is not active.

I'm having this problem too, except I'm in Canada (I got an early access invitation).
