Changing country from USA to CA => Spotify is not available in your country.

I'm trying to change my country from USA to Canada in the profile. Unfortunatelly I'm getting a "Sorry, Spotify is not available in your country." error message. 

I'm connected through Shaw and my IP is recognized as Canadian by http://whatismycountry.com/

What I'm doing wrong?

There seem to be problems with changing the country to Canada right now (probably because it's a new country) so I'd suggest reaching out to the official support team by using this contact form: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/. They can manually change it and help you with further problems.

If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.

You can also tweet @SpotifyCares if you have Twitter as sometimes they get through cases quicker. 😉
