Charged, songs gone

A month ago, I subscribed for the 30 day free trial. Of course, since I did not unsubscribe, I was charged the $10 fee. This wouldn't be a problem if my music was still here. However, ALL of my music has disappeared. I have been charged $10 for Spotify to delete my music.

Please offer solutions.

The account that has the music disappeared, is it showing you are on Spotify premium or is it giving you ads?
