Charged twice and no reply from Spotify

Hi.

 

I've mailed Spotify three times about this problem. First on September 26 and then on October 3 and again today but Spotify has not replied. Since July I have been charged for two Spotify accounts. I need that to stop and I need to be refunded.

I did get an automated reply and the case number is

 

Spotify Case # 01856837

 

It is very poor service and the fact that Spotify does not have a phone number on their website is also poor. Until I had to deal with the support I was very happy about the product but now I am thinking about cancelling my account.

I also have the same problem - charged twice every month and need to be refunded. I have contacted twice via the online form and also on this forum. 

 

I too am considering cancelling it as I dont want to contibue paying double what i should be. My case number is 

# 01894377. Please advise as to when this will be resolved and I be refunded

I have asked someone to check out that case for you.

Same thing here. Case #: 01967785 (initiated on 10/27/2014)

@diaho - Just be sure to reply directly to the automated email that contains the case number too as that will bump your case in the queue too. 😉
