Charged twice for 3 month & no help

Hi there, 

 

Ive been charged twice a month for 3 months. 

 

After contacting spotify support, they first told me i had 2 accounts one playlist, 

 

When i asked them to refund me what i was owed & cancel my suscription they stopped replying to me, 

 

Then via twitter they told me i only had one account but offered no help to why i was being charged twice and how they can stop this. 

 

Unfortunetly im yet to encounter one person at spotify who is actually actively trying to help & keep a customer. 

 

This has dragged out for long so i would like to get this sorted. 

 

Please let me know.
