Creating a spotify account?

I am trying to create a Spotify account. I am currently loggin on to Spotify with my FB account but there seems to be a bug with SONOS and a FB account. Now whilst trying to create a spotify account the system tells me it has send me an email with the password but it never reaches my email account *(gmail), its not in my spam mail either. What to do?

If you could get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to get one of those emails out to you manually. I totally feel your pain, its the most frustrating thing ever!

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
