@mryagiz - Please follow the steps in this post to request your account be deleted 😉 

Also just going to hide your email address, just so you don't get spammed by bots!

I followed the instructions to delete and deactivate my account yet I'm still being billed! Not happy!!

Can you let us know the case number (#) from when you got in touch?

I don't have the case number it was close to a month ago.  Now my profile shows as un registered member and I can't delete account yet I still get charges

I am having the same problem, I cancelled this months ago and all of a sudden I get $9.99 deducted from my bank account today. I need a refund issued today and my account deleted as well. My case # 00954054.

Asked someone to look into both of these for you.
