Does switching between radios count as song skips?

I'm currently using the free version, which has a limited number of song skips.

I wanted to know if switching from one of my radios to the other counts as a song skip.

As you can see here, skip radio's songs counts as a skip.

Changing from one station to another (the same as changing from one playlist to another) does not count as a skip as far as I am aware.

That makes an easy way to bypass the skip limit.

By the way, moving the cursor close to the end of the song makes another one.

I don't know if Spotify developers are interested in changing this, but there is room for improvement if they really want skip count to be a incentive between Paid and Premium.
