Hello,

I just got Spotify Family and I want to use my second email for my youngest daughter. But when I try to register the account with my second adress it says the email is already in use.
But when I try to reset the password it says there is no account with that email.

What should I do?

Is this Email Maybe Used for a Facebook Account? If yes then you cant get a New password And Must Login through Facebook.
Please answer if you tryed this so i can finish or Continue my research.
