Enter a valid post code - problem after changing countries...

Hi

 

I was a premium subscriber in USA.

I recently moved to Switzerland.

 

I cancelled my US subscription, and changed my address in my profile to my new Swiss one.

 

I then clicked on premium service to re-subscribe using my Swiss paypal account, or swiss credit card.

 

But with both options (paypal or cc) it tells me to enter a valid post code!?

 

I have entered the right swiss post code, is this a problem in the system where its still using my old US post code?

 

I'm confused, don't know what to do, and can't get back to being a premium subscriber?

Hello and welcome to the community 🙂

 

If i was you i would contact the spotify support here. Afterwards you need to check your spambox as well and reply to the automated e-mail you will get even if it says "noreply". By reading your post it seems that you have done everything correctly.. that is why im wondering and forward you to the spotify support..
