Error 408

Hi all,

I'm getting a 408 error since my last trip to London (where I use to travel to 1 time every 2 months)

I'm based in Italy and have an Italian account, but for some reason on my account it says it's "United Kingdom". If I try to change it and save the change, the page just refreshes and shows United Kingdom again.

I already sent 2 emails via the contact form, describing the issue, but no reply in ONE MONTH.

any help would be really appreciated.

When you make the change on your online profile and press save, are there any other error messages shown on the page?

Did you try a different browser to change your country?

Make sure that you are both using an italian IP (no proxy/VPN) and have entered italian payment details.
