Extend Unlimited subscription without upgrading to Premium?

Sorry if this is meant to be obvious, but I can't find the answer.  I'm just about to reach the end of my pre-paid Unlimited subscription and would very much like to carry on with it, but I don't want the extra features for Premium, and I definitely don't want to pay an extra £5 a month. Can I top up with another pre-payment and keep Unlimited at £5 per month?  Also, is there any way of getting a monthly subscription at this rate without paying the extra for Premium?

Does going to this page allow you to sign up to unlimited as a recurring subscription?:

You can't pre-pay for Unlimited with eCards, but gift cards should still be valid for Unlimited too:
