Facebook linked to someone else's Spotify

I want to sign up fpr Spotify premium.

My sister had/has a spotify free account and from using my pc, that account is linked to my facebook., meaning when I try to create an account, spotify thinks I have one already. 

I have sent numerous message but heard nothing back. Could be because spotify is logging me in as my sister meaning any replies go to her email (which she does not access)?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hey there! Try to log out from Facebook in Edit - preferences - Disconnect form Facebook. Keep in mind, if this does not work, contact to Customer service and ask for manual disconnect. Cheers.
