Failed to load the required icudt library

Hi Spotify

I can not listen to music anymore.

It says "Failed to load the required icudt library". What does this mean??

I have tried to uninstall Spotify twice now, without any luck.

It is the same computer, and with the same programs. Nothing new has been installed on the computer, which could mess with Spotify.

Please help me with this problem.

Hi Johnny,

Welcome to the Community. Do you have Panda antivirus at all?

Yes. I have a Panda antivirus program. But I have had this for years.

And in all the time I have had Spotify, there has been no problem.

But now there is.

Thought so. There were a few users in this thread that seemed to sort it... http://community.spotify.com/t5/Desktop-Windows/CEF-Initializion-Error/td-p/17503

Re: Failed to load the required icudt library

I have now tried to shot down the Panda Antivirus, and after that open spotify.

No change here. Still the same problem.

The problem has been there before with other users.

What is your experiance?? What can I do to solve this problem??
