I upgraded to Spotify Premium a couple of days ago and decided that it was not for me and wanted to cancel.  

 

I went to the Subscription page, just as the Spotify Cancellation process advised.  I looked for cancellation steps and lo and behold, these options are not present on my screen.  It's as if the company is being deliberate in its attempt to prevent cancellations.

 

Can anyone advise on how to cancel this service?  It would be much appreciated.

Too bad you wan't to cancel. It appends which payment method you use. Go to your subscription page (https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/) and delete your payment method. Usually that does the trick but I suggest reaching out to the official support team as well by using this contact form: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/.

If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.
