Help! My favorites have been deleted

Hi There, 

My Favorites have all been deleted, but my playlists have not been affected. 

Can anyone at Spotify retrieve my Favorites?

No it happened to me to last week. No solution yet.

I switched to Xbox Music for the time being. You should check it out..

@mmatthej1 -- is it that "favourites" playlist that's missing? If so, from what device? Are you able to recover it from here?

No Adam, I can't recover the missing lists from that link, unfortunately.

My missings were not playlists as such, but rather 'my favourites' (I think.......... the header doesn't seem to appear on 'new' Spotify page, so I can't check the precise title but think it was that!)

Was it your starred playlist? Is the playlist till on your account just empty?

Wish I could see the 'old' screen format, in order to be more precise but I used to mark any selected track, then drag it acrross with the cursor to a place near the bottom of the left hand of screen, that I think was called my favourites.

I was then able to play these favourites as a continuous list - now no trace!

It was most likely the starred playlist which should be among your other playlists still.

Do you not have an option in that left hand sidebar called "Starred"?

All My favorites are gone for a couple months now, first all My playlists were gone but i was able to recover those. But favorites are still nowhere to be found, can this still be reversed?

@I2asta - Sometimes they can be restored, sometimes not depending on how they where deleted/lost. Quickest way to get them restored is to get in touch via Twitter: @SpotifyCares and they will give it a go. 

You can also email the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
