How can I UNSUBSCRIBE to Spotify emails?

I have been trying to unsubscribe to these emails, without any success.  Since September 2, I have submitted six unsubscribe requests.  I have gone into my online profile and removed all requests for emails.  I have submitted a "Contact Us" email, but only received a seemingly autometed reply ignoring the specifics of my request and referring me here.  Can someone please help me to stop all emails from Spotify?  Thank you very much for your assistance.

If you reply to the generic email reply you got that will bump your case over to an adviser who can lend a hand. Normally this is caused by a duplicate account floating about in the login system that you can't access.

Actually, I must withdraw my acceptance.  I received an unwanted email from Spotify today.
