How do I cancel my subscription if I've lost my email account?

Hi,

I recently reactivated my account by setting it up with a new email and password. However, I've lost my details for this email address and am now paying without being able to use Spotify. I want to cancel completely for the moment because I need the extra cash but can't figure out how to do it.

Can somebody help me, please? There seems to be no way to contact anybody by phone.

To clarify - the account I've posted with is currently the free one, not the premium one. Can't access the email which is set up to the premium account.

You should get in touch with the spotify support team by using the online contact form or by tweeting @SpotifyCares on twitter. In case you are not able to login, then you should use the alternative form.

If you get an auto reply back directing you to the help pages, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.
