How to get ahold of an actual customer service rep?

Okay I have been using Spotify for a few months and it has worked flawlessly. Last week it stopped mid song and hasn't worked since. I have restarted my iPhone. I have deleted and reinstalled the application.

I sent a very detailed message to customer service explaining all I had tried and I reviewed a response telling me to restart my phone or reinstall the app. Uh hello!! Do they even read the emails we send them!? I have a premium account that I pay for and I don't understand why this company doesn't have a reliable form of contact with people who read these emails and respond accordingly.

So, any way I can contact these people or do I need to cancel my membership and find some other music source?
