I am paying Premium twice - HELP!

Hello,

 

since feb 2014 I am paying premium through paypal. 

 

On Friday I realiyed my account was not premium. I checked, thought might be a problem with password, but no, I have only 1 account.

 

I wrote to support and thez suggested to look into community forums.

 

In the meantime I am so impatient I signed up for Premium once again (needed my music for the road)

 

How can I get a solution for :

 

1) cancelling 1 of the payments

2) get money back for the time I was paying premium and not benefiting?

This is a bit of a rant as I'm surprised that spotify have gone silent on me after I've provided everything they've asked for (username, email addresses, card number, transaction codes) via the only way provided (email). I wanted to resolve double payment taken over 4 months, and confirm I will not have the issue again. Even my bank advised me to cancel my card so now I'm without my spotify account (3weeks) and now they've gone silent (2weeks). To say I'm cheesed off that the lack of service is unacceptable is one thing, but not knowing that spotify can confirm the issue from their side worries me that as soon as I update my payment details I'm back to square one. Spotify; cool product, sucky customer service.

@Richiric - Got a case number I can ask someone to chase up for you?

Hi Peter, the case number is 01618192 first in touch with Spotify something like the 16th July. No response since 20th August when the questions became the same as when I first contacted them (email addresses etc.). Thanks
