I can't access my account because I've moved from US to Brazil, and even knowing that Spotify had just arrived here, they won't let me change the country, once there's not Brazil between the available options.
They've put me in a unsoluble position, cause they won't let me use Spotify online once my IP is from here and my account from US, they won't let met upgrade my account to premium (which I want) cause my credit card is brazilian, and they won't let me change my account to here because (I think) they're no yet accepting brazilian premium accounts.
The only plausible solution would be getting a free brazilian account, but I didn't manage to do it, I guess it's impossible, once free brazilian accounts are only for invited people.
So, I need an invite or a change to a free account from here.
Anyone knows what I could do??
Spotify hasn't opened public registrations in Brazil yet as far as I know, so that is why you are being treated as being in a country where Spotify isn't available. All I can suggest is you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and see if they can manually swap your country over for you.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

I have the same problem. But the online form seems pointless. It doesn't even give you an automated reply at least.
If you fill out the online form that @Peter__ mentioned, and reply to an autoresponse, if you receive one, then someone will get back to you shortly in order to help.
