Hola, necesito eliminar completamente mi cuenta spotify. He intentado usar el formulario de contacto en varias ocasiones y solo he obtenido respuestas automaticas.

Si contestas al email automático un empleado de Spotify se pondrá con tu caso y te responderá lo antes posible.

 

De todas formas voy a ver si aviso a alguien para que suban tu caso.

Yes I did replied but the email adress I replied to is "no-reply@spotify.com" so I don't feel like my email will be taken into consideration !

 

I mean isn't it a strange email adress to be in touch with the customers ?

But again I replied to an adress whose name is "noreply".
