I ordered 'Unlimited' and got 'Premium'

I ordered 'Unlimited' and got 'Premium'

Just a minute ago I ordered the 'unlimited' plan. I had to login with my facebook account to authorize. After that I got a message "You are now using premium" or something. 

 

My account details show that I use premium for 9,99€. That is not what I signed up for. Something went wrong.

 

Is it somehow possible to change my plan? Help!!

That's not right, you should get in touch with the spotify support team by using the online contact form or by tweeting @SpotifyCares on twitter. 

 

If you get an auto reply back directing you to the help pages, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.

As far as I know, Unlimited was cancelled and is no longer available.

@Carina Yes, but in some countries you are still able have an unlimited subscription
