I put my credit card information and it still says my account is free

Hello,

I don't know who could help me but I have tried several times to pay after having the free trial month. I am a student in the US and it says I am elligible but once I put my credit card information it says processing and goes back again to the beginning and when I check my account it still says it is free.

Who can please help me?

Are you getting any charges on your credit card? Also, have you tried clearing your browsing data or using a different browser and trying again?

Some people have also reported that removing their card details then adding them again does the trick. It is also worth double checking your ZIP code is correct on your online profile:

thanks for ansewering but no, it didn't work. I've tried chrome and safari and neither of them worked.

what else can I do?

thanks for answering but this didn't work, I even tried with a different card. 

In the account profile I don't even have a box tu fill with the address or zip code.

Where can I ask?

Weird, is the country displayed on that page definitely USA?

yes, it is USA. I tweeted spotify and they also said it is weird and that they are investigating with payment department... 😞
