Hi,

 

I unsubscribed over a month ago, and am still getting charged

 

I tried unsubscribing again and it still looks the same

 

I'd like both these charges refunded and no further charges made to my credit card, effective immediately

 

I also sent an email to premium-gbp@spotify.com about this on 25th June (have included this at end of this message) - no response, and it didn't bounce, so someone and spotify must have got this

 

Pretty annoyed also that there seems to be nowhere except this community where I can contact someone at spotify

 

Not a very good experience ;(

I haven't really used this service at all except once early on when I was trialling it
 
I have cancelled the service, but forgot about the time limit of one month - can I please get these fees refunded
 
I'd like to leave on a positive note, if I reconsider going premium again some time in the future

Sorry to hear about this!

 

That is not the correct email for support.

 

To get a refund you need to go here

 

from the first dropdown select "paying for Spotify"

 

from the second dropdown select "I cancelled my account but was still charged"

 

in the text box explain your situation

 

The support team will then reply back as soon as possible.

 

If you get an auto reply in your email, all you need to do is reply back to it (usually doesn't happen, but sometimes the system does this to prevent spam emails to support)

I do have the same probleme as you, i cancel spotify from PayPal, but still Spotify charge me 2 more month juin and juillet. the dont replies it's suk.
