I've been charged for a free trial?

I've been charged for a free trial?

I made sure to cancel my account before the trial was over and yet when I cancelled my account I have been charged and the money taken from my bank account. I have wrote in a complaint but from what I have seen not many people ever get responses, I would like to know another way I can go about getting my money back or if anyone ever has.

 

I will fight this thing to get my money back.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

If you have gotten in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to get this sorted for you don't worry.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
