Hope someone can help,
I have had a spotify account for ages, originally I was paying for the Premium Service. For the last 6 months the cost of this was covered by the Virgin Media Offer. This has now lapsed and yesterday I made a card payment to get Premium back up and running.
None of my devices (iPad, iPhone & MacBook) seem to be picking up the Premium status and as a result I can't use Spotify Mobile and am seeing Ad's on the desktop version.
Have tried all of the following to no avail:
-Logging in using Facebook ID
-Logging in using username
-Deleting and reinstalling iOS app
-Restarting my router
When I log into my Spotify account online it shows that I have an active Premium Subscription.
Any help much appreciated.
