Logging in to Spotify

All of a sudden, Spotify won't let me open it or get in. I uninstalled it and reinstalled and it won't let me finish installation. Error message. What now? Suggestions? How come there is no direct line to Spotify help?

Hey! 

It looks like your account was created through Facebook.

Are you attempting login using your Facebook details?

If this still isn't working, can you let us know the error message you're seeing, as well as the device/OS you're using?

No, I can't get Spotify to load. I've tried all the stuff. I originally had an account directly, but somehow got suckered into logging in with Facebook. I've uninstalled 2x to no avail. Using the installer, it goes through the countdown, then gets to the Downloading Spotify, then I get "The unstaller endountered an unknown error. (Error code: 53).

What am I doing wrong? I have the premium version and hate to lose a month or more to this issue.
