Lost Premimum account

HI, 

I have logged into my account but it has reverted to a Facebook account with a free premimum trial. I pay for preiumum and this has been lost and all my playlists 

I have logged sevral cases but nobody can help me and say I only have a Facebook account. I pay for preimum and have done for several months. 

Can somebody help me retrieve my Premium account that I pay for.

I have had a similar problem!

Was forced to restart my phone and lost my login details for my account. I have had mulitiple accounts over the years and the account that I have been paying for premium on is in assessible. I am know the accounts name but I do not know which email to retrieve it from?

Pls Advise
