Lost everything when I deactivated my Facebook

Today I wanted to deactivate my Facebook. Only a couple minutes later, I realized I needed my facebook account to keep my spotify account so I reactivated my facebook. However, when I tried to get back on spotify it had gotten rid of all of my playlists and my Premium subscription. I am super confused as to why this is happening and I really would like to have all of my playlists and subscription back as soon as possible. If anyone could help me, please let me know!

Hi there! I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Page @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.

Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email. This will assign your case to a Spotify rep and you should hear back within 24 hours.
