Lost my premium account

Hello,

Two days ago i wanted to listen to my spotify Music by mobilephone, but i wasn't able to log in.

It said i must have a premium account.

The problem is i do have a premium account since a year, i still pay for it but i can't use it. Even on PC my premium account is missing. Can you help me? I wrote a email to support but nobody writes back 😞

i found the solution 🙂

the support wrote back. It was a problem with SOFORT.

Hi @Maver What does it show under Subscription Status on this page?

It says i got the premuim Account and have paid for it

I was hoping you would paste here. When does it say your subscription will be renewed. Do you pay through Sofort?

You have got an active subscription.You subscription will automatically change to Spotify Premium on 2014-03-13 and you will be charged 9,99 € unless you cancel recurrent payments.

 

Payment method

Your account at Sofort Dauerautfrag is used for payment.
