More than three devices synced...

Hey, been using Spotify for a while now.

Randomly, my Samsung Galaxy S5 (T-Mobile) will take my playlists that I have for offline and make it so I can't listen to them offline.

I checked my account and it said I can't have more than three devices synced. I only have three devices synced, and those devices are my iPod Touch 4th Generation (for my car). My Asus laptop (for my dorm) and my aforementioned Samsung Galaxy S5 (for when I'm not around the other two).

I don't know why I can't offline sync my playlists on all of these devices as it is only three devices and not four.

Thank you!

Hey there! I recommend going to your account page and clicking "Sign Out Everywhere." https://www.spotify.com/us/account/overview/.

Give that a shot and then resync your accounts. Tell us if that works.

Cheers!
