My friend accidentally synced his Facebook with my Spotify account

Do you have an Unlimited/Premium subscription? If yes, you should get in touch with Spotify so they can disconnect his Facebook for you.
Otherwise, to disconnect from Facebook, please follow the steps in this topic.
Please keep in mind that it's not an official supported workaround.
You may get in touch with Spotify via their Twitter page (@SpotifyCares), or by following this link to send an e-mail.

is there perhaps a number i can call, cus i am not a premium user. and i tweeted them but i didn't get a reply.
