NUS Student Discount Query

I would like to upgrade to the NUS Extra Spotify Preminum £4.99p/m option however for the past two days I receive a message saying: 

"Student discount

This feature is currently unavailable. Please try again later."

Could someone please let me know whether the student discount is going to be discontinued? And if not, why I keep on receiving this message!

It should definitely still be available. I would suggest you get in touch with the payments team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
